Today is Earth Day. Earth day is celebrated each year to inspire awareness and appreciation of our environment. We should all think about something we can do this Earth Day to help out the environment. There are many different activities that you could do this Earth Day to help make a difference.
*Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle!
*The Canopy Project will plant a tree for every $1 that you donate. Or you can plant your own tree.
*You can help keep our water clean by using environmentally friendly cleaning supplies.
*You can carpool or take public transportation if it is an option for you.
*You can buy locally grown food or grow your own garden.
*Use energy star products around your home to save energy.
*Don't be a litter bug!
*Pick up trash in your neighborhood.
These are only a few things that we could do to help out our environment. What else can you think of?
