Peanut Butter Roll

Peanut Butter Roll has to be one of our favorite candies. In the past my family has tried numerous more difficult recipes never getting this candy to turn out just right. Our mom made this simple recipe up a couple weeks ago and it turned out perfect and so delicious.

Ingredients: Container of Whipped Vanilla Frosting (Must be Whipped)
Peanut Butter
1 lb Powdered Sugar

Directions:
1. Mix the powdered sugar with the frosting until well blended. 2. Place some wax paper on a flat surface. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Place the frosting mixture on the wax paper and roll out flat. 3. Evenly spread with a very thin layer of peanut butter. Choosy moms chose Jif, but feel free to use your favorite brand. 4. Put powdered sugar on your hands and slowly roll the candy up into a log. Make sure to be very care. The candy is delicate. 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 6. Slice log. Makes about 12-16 pieces. Keep this candy refrigerated.
