Jasmine Waltz Sex Tape: Coming Soon! Or Not!

We're very confused.

Yesterday, news broke that a Jasmine Waltz sex tape would soon hit the market. But the former David Arquette (and Ryan Seacrest... and Chris Pine... and Jesse McCartney) lover said she was "absolutely shocked" by the development.

This is way too easy.

Now, however, sources confirm to TMZ that Waltz and her manager met with Vivid Entertainment last year and actually signed a contract. It stipulated that Jasmine could pick her own "male talent" and would be paid $60,000 up front, along with 25% of the "back end" profits.
But the deal fell apart and, somehow, someway, a supposedly private video of Waltz and someone she claims to be an ex-boyfriend has leaked online. It's a shocking situation, akin to learning that Keeping Up with the Kardashians actually scripts its storylines.

David Arquette's Mistress Jasmine Waltz Horrified By Sex Tape Leak

David Arquette's one-time mistress is devastated after learning a sex tape she made with her boyfriend is set to hit the web.

Arquette briefly dated waitress Jasmine Waltz last year after splitting from his wife Courteney Cox, and Waltz is hitting headlines again following the news a bedroom video she shot with her lover on Valentine's Day is going global.

She tells TMZ.com, "I'm absolutely shocked that the public is now going to see what I made with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day."

"I'm not even famous which blows my mind even more, I'm just a girl in Hollywood."

Casey Anthony Sex Tape?

(Orlando, FL) -- Casey Anthony's sentencing is scheduled for Thursday morning. Anthony was convicted yesterday on four counts of lying to police.

However, the Orlando, Florida jury acquitted the 25-year-old of killing her two-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008.

Anthony faces up to four years in jail.

The judge could take into consideration the three years Anthony has been jailed since being arrested in her daughter's killing.

Just as soon Casey Anthony's Vivid offer was placed on the table, it has been taken back.

Vivid Entertainment co-founder Steve Hirsch tells TMZ.com he has withdrawn the offer for the murder-acquitted Florida mom to work with his sex tape company.

Hirsch said he called up Anthony's lawyer on Tuesday, just hours after she was found not guilty of killing her two-year-old daughter, Caylee.

But the public response to the Anthony verdict has forced Hirsch to reconsider his offer.

He tells TMZ it has become "obvious" that Vivid fans and "people in general," want nothing to do with her and that includes a triple-X movie.

There has been plenty of criticism over the verdict that cleared Anthony of her daughter's 2008 death.

Anthony's case had been considered by many to be open-and-shut given reports of her conduct while her daughter was missing.

It was the pictures of Casey partying at bars with friends during that time that prompted Vivid to reach out to Anthony in the first place.

Hirsch initially told TMZ.com Casey, quote, "definitely looks hot."

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to JAIL!!! Not for #jackdanielshoney

Judge Stephanie Sautner just threw the book at Lindsay Lohan for her probation violation, sentencing her to 120 days in county jail!!!



Lindsay has been remanded into custody and taken to the basement of the courthouse for booking.  Lindsay's lawyer has said she'll appeal, which means Lindsay is entitled to post bail.

Lohan was also ordered to complete 480 hours of community service -- 360 of those hours must be performed at the Downtown Women's Center, so Lindsay can see how needy women have to live.  The remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue.

Judge Sautner explained that Lindsay should have called the store and notified the owners about the necklace sooner.  She waited several weeks and returned the necklace after finding out the cops were about to raid her house.

Sautner seemed influenced by the surveillance video, which she saw for the first time in court today.  Sautner agreed with Danette Meyers, who argued Lindsay used her friend Patrick as a decoy to distract the clerk.
