Although by far my favorite season is Fall, there is no denying that there is some wonderful about the slightly lazier pace of Summer days. Life is sometimes so busy that I forget to take time to enjoy the little things I love. Since I am approaching a three day weekend I think it will be a perfect time to enjoy a few of my current favorite things.

J'adore

These are a few of the things I love this week. I love sheer almost nude nail polish and I think Ballerina by Chanel may be the most perfect color right now with its subtle hint of pink. Beautiful loose updos with soft curls seem like the perfect hairstyle as it starts to warmup outside. Daffodils have always been how I judge when Spring is getting close. As soon as I notice them blooming are the river banks and along the roadway on my drive home from work I know the end of Winter is just around the corner. Cuties are one of my favorite foods at the moment. I have been eating two for lunch for days and the sweet stickers on them always make me smile. Today mine said "a party in your tummy" and "hi cutie." How I wish I had the space in my bedroom for a beautiful armoire like this. Full length mirrors. An antique feel. And slightly distressed white paint. Absolute perfection.

These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things

I think I'm usually a little eclectic in the things I love. Here's a few of my favorite things at this moment:

All Things Marc Jacobs Well using Polyvore Marc Jacobs clothes and accessories have been catching my eye a lot lately and I have to say I really love what I've been seeing. Even his fragrances smell amazing and come in adorable bottles. Did you know that besides designing for his own labels he is currently the creative director for Louis Vuitton.

This Little Piggy I absolutely love this commercial for GEICO. The little piggy is so adorable. You can see the commercial here on Youtube.

Pretty Luggage The thought of packing for a vacation or even a little road trip suddenly seems a lot more appealing if you have pretty luggage.

Pizza I love pizza in a huge way. I think I could possibly eat it every day, in fact, I'm craving some right now. Very cheesy and gooey with some crushed red pepper please.

Gilmore Girls DVDs For Christmas I received the complete series of The Gilmore Girls. The Gilmore Girls are definitely one of my all time favorite shows and I could easily watch each episode over and over. Now if I could only get my hands on the other seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer I'm missing.

Amazing Closets I spent an entire day a few days ago reorganizing and cleaning out my closet. I've reached the conclusion that my closet is way too small. I want a huge, gorgeous closet with an area to get dressed. Including a chandelier or two and some chic white furniture would be a definite bonus.

Oh Happy Day

It's been a busy week and my allergies are bothering me today so it's not been the greatest week. I decided to take some time to think about a few of the things in life that make me happy. I have decided that big pink Peonies are my second favorite flower after after Sweet Williams. They are great for decorating because it takes less flowers than it would flowers with smaller blossoms. I was seriously tempted to buy some fairy wings this last week while shopping in a Halloween store. I would likely wear them at random times. ☺ Getting dressed up or seeing someone all dressed up preferably for no apparent reason and it doesn't hurt if it is in a puffy pink gown. Days spent relaxing at home when you can spend your entire day in your pajamas if you want. Text messaging. I love the convenience of sending a text to someone to fill them in on something going on. And isn't it always nice when you get a text from a friend who just wanted to say hi? Cute monsters. Such as the Ugly Monster dolls or the creatures on Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. I got the most adorable cute monster change purse earlier this week. Driving alone in my car. I have determined that my evening drives home from work are my favorite time of the day. I love the alone time. The time to think without being interrupted. I love that I can blast my music as loud as I want and sing as loud as I want without someone complaining about my choice in music. Coconut cake or even better coconut pie. I love coconut. And lately all things coconut are my favorite food. Yum! I am so happy that Blair went after Chuck and convinced him to return to the Upper East Side. I want Blair and Chuck to live happily ever after. They are absolutely perfect for each other and while they may not be together right now with both back in New York it is only matter of time before they will no longer be able to deny they were made for each other. I have the most adorable cat in the world. I love how sweet he is and how cute he looks when he sleeps.
