All Lovey-Dovey
I love watching romances play out on tv. And I am not ashamed to admit it, I love soapy teen dramas. I spend time each week watching my few select favorite shows, seeing my favorite tv couples relationships slowly develop. I get so emotionally invested in my favorite tv couples that I get sad if they break up or if something goes wrong in their relationships. Yesterday you saw my sisters favorite tv couples so today I'm going to share mine.
The spark between Luke and Lorelai on the Gilmore Girls was undeniable from the first moment you saw Lorelai step foot in Luke's Diner. Luke and Lorelai were there for eachother for years when the other was sad and in need of someone to count on. It was adorable when Luke while listening to his self-help tape realized that the moment he looks most forward to each day is seeing Lorelai. I hated when the writers sprung Luke's long lost daughter on us, but let's face it Luke and Lorelai were destined to be together and if the Gilmore Girls were still on today Luke and Lorelai would be living happily ever after.
I love the moment when it was discovered that Blair gives Chuck butterflies. Blair is the first girl that Chuck ever loved. They are perfectly made for each other. Rich. Good looking. Intelligent. And willing to use any means necessary to make sure they get what they want. Some people dislike Blair and Chuck because they think they are mean and conniving but if they really watch Blair and Chuck they would realize that Blair and Chuck always protect those they love best and are extremely loyal. Maybe I like Chuck and Blair because I have a huge crush on Chuck, or that I am envious of their ability to travel the world at any moment, or because I would do anything to have Blair's closet. I'm not going to fool myself into thinking that Chuck and Blair's relationship isn't going to forever be turbulent at times but they truly love each other and they will always be one of my favorite tv couples.
I realize most people would choose Buffy and Angel as their favorite couple from Buffy the Vampire Slayer but I've always been more of a Spike fan. Spike always seemed like more fun. I loved his sarcastic wit. Spike eventually realizes how much he loves Buffy and goes through extreme torture to get his soul back so Buffy will return his love. Despite this Spike still retains some of his badboy rebel charm unlike Angel. And it is important not to forget that in the series finale Spike sacrifices himself to not only to save Buffy but also the world.
Although, Elena and Damon are not an actual couple on The Vampire Diaries but there is no denying that Damon is head over heels for Elena. In my opinion Elena is clearly dating the wrong Salvatore brother. Damon is always rushing off to save and protect Elena. And was I the only one touched last week when Damon told Elena that he loves her and that it is because he loves her that he cannot be selfish with her as a tear rolled down his cheek?♥ Sunny

TV Couples

Couples are just one of the reasons we all like certain tv shows. We watch week after week enticed by our favorite tv couples hoping everything works out for them. When something goes wrong we just hate it, because they are perfect for each other. When someone is trying to come between them we hate them for trying to ruin the perfect couple. And when one of our favorite couples are not together we watch waiting for them to come to their senses and realize that YES they are in love with each other and NO they cannot go on without the other. Some of my favorite tv couples are below:
Sawyer and Kate
When LOST first started, Sawyer quickly became one of my favorites. Then when it became obvious that he was in love with Kate, I wanted them to be together so bad. I ALWAYS hated it when she was with Jack, because he was one of my least favorites on the show.Clark Kent and Lois Lane
We have seen this couple together in numerous superman spinoffs, but I love Smallville. When the show first started I was like Where is Lois Lane? When she first came to the show, I loved how they would always argue and fight with each other.Leonard and Penny
The Big Bang Theory is a hilarious show! I love the nerdy humor and the characters. Sheldon would have to be my favorite on the show, but Leonard and Penny are one of my favorite tv couples. They're an example of the geek gets the prom queen. I absolutely loved it when Penny told Leonard he had ruined other guys for her by showing her how stupid they are.Booth and Brennan
Bones is one of my all time favorite shows and Booth and Brennan are a perfect couple. The saying "opposites attract" is definitely true in this case. Brennan being excellent when it comes to science and finding evidence from skeletons and Booth being an excellent judge of character and determining who is guilty and who knows something just by talking to people. Who are some of your favorite tv couples?

Fashion Shows
Reality television shows have become really popular over the past decade. I admit that there are some reality television shows that I absolutely love, but there are also so that I can't stand to watch. Sometimes I am just like I can't believe people get on television and actually do these things. Some of my favorite reality television shows have great competitions. I love a good competition. I also love fashion, so fashion competitions make for fabulous reality television. Two of my all time favorite reality television shows are Project Runway and America's Next Top Model.
On America's Next Top Model a group of young women aspiring to be models are competing for a modeling contract, a magazine spread, and a cash prize. My favorite part of this show is to see the girls in the actual shoot and then to see the picture chosen as their best shot. I love the photo shoots were the girls are not just in regular clothes. One of my all time favorite shoots, they have almost every season, is the one where the girls are two different people in the same photos. They have one round of photos taken in one look another set taken in a different look and the two are put together so that there are two people in the same photo, but the one girl has been both of them. I also love the runway challenges. In the beginning most of the girls are horrible at this and you can see them really improve over the season. What are some of your favorite fashion television shows?
Do you remember Jessica Alba's outfit shown on the web a couple of weeks ago that she wore at a special showing of her latest movie?
Well, you saw it here first! Remember this polyvore? It was from our Good As Gold post.Star
